Shauna Zeilig is the founder of Shauna Yoga, a yoga studio nestled in a quiet neighborhood in sunny Los Angeles.  Shauna offers therapy yoga and private and group sessions to the Los Angeles community.

Shauna Zeilig founded Shauna Yoga in 2012 in Los Angeles.  In addition to her yoga practice at Shauna Yoga, she also provides services as an Occupational Therapist to children who need to improve self regulation, fine motor, gross motor, coordination and organizational skills.
